1 - Do You Offer a Warranty for Your Products?
Yes. All of our products are covered by a 2-year factory warranty. During the warranty period, any manufacturing defects are handled free of charge through repair or replacement services, in accordance with our warranty policy.
2 - What Is the Delivery Time After Placing an Order?
Products that are in stock are dispatched within 3–5 business days. For custom-made products, the delivery time is approximately 30 business days. For large-scale projects, a separate delivery schedule is prepared according to the project requirements.
3 - Do You Offer Wholesale Sales?
Yes. We offer special pricing and payment terms for our B2B customers. For wholesale inquiries, please feel free to contact our sales team.
4 - Do You Manufacture Custom-Size Furniture?
Yes. We only offer custom-size furniture production for project-based wholesale orders.
